I had a leak under my kitchen faucet. Needed a plumber to come out and fix immediately. I sent a few photos to Emmanuel. He quoted a price and was able to come out same day. I was extremely satisfied with the service and was grateful that he was able to come out.

They were polite and respectful, taking care to of our replacement exactly when they said they would. The new install looks neat and tidy, couldn’t even tell I wasn’t the original heater.

Our hot water heater gave out sometime overnight Monday into Tuesday. We were referred to Emmanuel at Emma's Plumbing by a neighbor who had just reached out a few weeks prior for their own emergency situation. Emmanuel came by on Tuesday night, assessed the situation, and said he and one of his team members could get a new one installed the next day. They came by on Wednesday afternoon, and after a few hours working in a tight space, our new hot water heater and some new piping were up and running! My initial fear when the hot water heater went out was that it could take days to resolve, trying to find someone to do it, getting the right parts, etc. Emma's Plumbing had everything done within 24 hours! Thanks Emmanuel, great job!

Sunday afternoon our tenants reported a substantial water leak at the water meter. We immediatley called Emma Plumbing. He asked us to send photos of the problem. Five minutes later he called us to discuss the problem. Within an hour he came to inspect the problem. He promptly identified the issue and was able to make the repair. He was professional, communicative and will absolutely be contacted for some upcoming work. Thanks for saving our Sunday afternoon!

I cannot recommend Emma Plumbing highly enough. The workmanship was absolutely top-notch, and the pricing was more than fair—honestly unbeatable for the quality of work delivered. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and took great pride in their work. It's rare to find a contractor you can trust completely, but Emma Plumbing has earned that trust. They will be my first call for any plumbing project in the future, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for quality work done right the first time!

I turned on my shower and to my surprise I had no hot water. I called Emma plumbing services, and he arrived at my house within the hour, and was able to show me my hot water heater was leaking in the basement and needed to be replaced. He left immediately and returned about an hour later with a new water heater. He removed the old one, and Installed the new one in an efficient amount of time. He even took away the old water heater. He also replaced a leaky faucet, that has been causing me problems for a while. Emmanuel was extremely considerate of my plumbing issues and I am looking forward to calling him again in the future.

Emmanuel was the absolute best! He fixed the problem on a holiday, taking time away from his own family to help us out. Cost a fortune. Professional and nice gentleman.
Edit 2026: I did ask Emmanuel to come by and look at a pump that went to our laundry room sink and he took a photo as he'd never seen one before and I never heard from him again. That was months ago. Had another man come and fix it in one day. So I understand he is busy, but I was surprised he never returned or called. I will still leave him five stars because he is a very nice human and I'm sure he is up to any job you have.

I got home from work that night heard a loud noise in my utility room when I went to check water was pouring out from my water tank and my utility room was beginning to get flooded. I was franctic I googled emergency plumbing in my area most companies I called I didn’t get a response from. I came across Emmanuel and called him in a panic at 11:30pm and told him what happened. He was at my house within 15mins assessed the situation and he recommended I get a new water tank. The next day at 6am he showed up with a new one and installed it for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Emma plumbing If you need a plumber who is reliable, efficient Thank you again to Emmanuel for being so helpful in a stressful situation.

Recently encountered a leaking hot water heater and called Emma Plumbing. Emmanuel came to the house that same evening to assess the situation. Due to room size limitations, there were complexities/ additional work associated with the removal of the existing unit and the installation of the new unit. Emmanuel was very accommodating and more than willing to work with us to come up with a satisfactory solution. And then he and Darnell came out on a Sunday to perform the work. Overall, very pleased with the work and high level of customer service (Emmanuel was very prompt in responding to/returning messages) and would not hesitate to call on them again or to recommend.

Emmanuel was great! I found his website by googling “affordable plumbers near me”. It was super easy to text him about my leaking water heater. He had me take photos and talked me through shutting off my main water valve. He is so friendly, nice and hardworking. He showed up before the snowstorm and worked for 2+ hours replacing my hot water heater, with new copper piping and handle valve; and removal of the old, leaking water heater. The price was totally reasonable for what a new hot water heater installation costs. Plus, make sure to check out the SPECIALS section on his website! Lots of deals to help you save money. I saved $200 off the total by mentioning the special offer. 100% satisfied and I would rehire him next time I have plumbing issues. Thank you!!!

Darnell came out to replace the wax seal on my toilet as well as repair the water line. After these repairs he located a clog to the main line. He took the time to explain and show me the problem, then came back to clear it. On top of being skilled and efficient, Darnell was also very kind and respectful, which made the whole experience way less stressful.

The pricing was very reasonable for the work done. I will definitely be using Emma’s Plumbing in the future and cannot recommend them enough!

Emmanuel was amazing! I found him through a google search due to a corroded pipe and a shower that would not stay hot. There was nothing immediately wrong with the pipe, but I wanted to be proactive as the corrosion was pretty bad. Emmanuel arrived on time and although my building has older fixtures, he was able to get the job done. He's extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and fair in terms of pricing. I was also able to ask him questions regarding plumbing that weren't related to the job that he was called from e.g. "what does this knob do?" Emmanuel will now be my go-to plumber in the future! Thank you for everything!

Then I called Emma Plumbing and Drain Services after searching online and felt that they could take care of my plumbing issues. I was greeted by 2 friendly gentlemen within hours of my phone call. I was very satisfied with their services. If you are having a difficult time finding plumbing services, I recommend Emma Plumbing and Drain Service. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. I had a great experience with Emma Plumbing.
I never heard about the company, I picked it randomly because my daughter's name is Emma

Emma came at the time he said he would, within two hours of my call. He patiently explained my options and did the needed repair in a flash.

I very rarely write reviews but felt that one was warranted for Emma Plumbing. I called them late in the evening on Wednesday hoping I could get an estimate some time next week. He came the following day, diagnosed all three issues that I had (leak from the sink, leak in the wall near the outside hose, and second shutoff for the main line) and fixed everything within 2 hours! I could not have asked for anything more. But I got it anyway! He explained how to prevent future problems with the pipe leading to the hose outside and even set up the new hose for me. I am a new homeowner and I work with computers....fixing household things is not my strong suit. If you need help with Medicare Insurance maybe I can help you....if you need anything fixed with your plumbing....you need to give Emma's a call!

We called Emmanuel when our kitchen drain was completely blocked. He came out that afternoon, assessed the issue, and gave a quote upfront. He told us he may need the next morning as well, but still tried to get it that night. Came back the next morning, promptly on time, and continued to scope the drain until it was 100% clear. Very diligent and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Would hire his team again!

Picture this: your water heater goes out hours before you're set to host guests. You scramble to call plumbers and stumble up on Emma plumbing and Drain services. It's 11am and the clock is ticking; guests arrive in 6 hours. Emmanuel tells you they can get it done today and you're relieved. They arrive by 1pm with a brand new water heater. They install it, take out the old one, and are on their way by 3pm. It's now 2 hours until guests arrive, new water heater is installed, hot water will be flowing soon and you sit back and thank the lucky stars for an avoided day of no hot water. Not all super heroes wear capes but if you need a job done quick and professionally, Emmanuel is the one to call to save the day. 100/10 would recommend. Emma Plumbing and Drain services will never let you down.

Emmanuel from Emma Plumbing did a solid job. I had a brand new bathroom and a utility sink installed, and he made the whole process smooth. He’s super knowledgeable, gave me helpful tips, and took the time to explain everything. He was on schedule, and the work passed inspection without any issues. I’ll definitely be keeping him as my go-to plumber for any future jobs. Highly recommend if you want someone reliable who really knows what they’re doing.

Exceptional service has been twice the experience. Replacement of sump pump and then electric hot water heater. Each time included perfect replacements of professional grade. Scheduled times have been precise. I didn't not have a plumber earlier until now. So my sincere recommendation is to contact Emmanuel for all plumbing needs.
